Deleting Contacts, using a Excellist only containing the emailadresses of the contacts

SOLVE

I need to delete my old records, as I have a lot bounces, can I do this with a excellist containing only the emailadresses of the contacts that need to be deleted ?

Hi @RGmür,

 

Yes, you can import these contacts as you would usually do. See the instructions here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/set-up-your-import-file

 

It's enough if this file contains one column, the email address, correct.

 

During the last step of your import, you'll be able to create a list from the import. If you do that, you can then easily navigate to that list and bulk delete the contacts on the list: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/delete-crm-records
