Deleting Attachments Error

SOLVE

Good morning,

 

One of our sales team is receiving an error message when attempting to delete any attachments on their Deals.  This appears to be unique to them and we cannot figure out why (they have the same permissions as others, they have logged off-back on, tried different browsers).

Does anyone have any insight into why this might happen and any solution?

In order to determine if this is a caching issue, could the user try the following please:

  • Clear the browser's cache
  • Attempt to delete the attachment in a separate browser or in incognito
  • Disable any extensions or plugins within the browser

If trying the steps above doesn't help resolve the issue, please let us know so we can advise on next steps.

Hi Everyone,

 

I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that aims to solve the issue of bulk deleting attachments. Our app allows users to access a CRM card showing all the attachments associated with an object record and easily delete them in bulk.

Deleting Attachments Error

SOLVE

Our salesperson deleted their Cache and this solved the issue, thank you.  I'd forgotten about that option!
