One of our sales team is receiving an error message when attempting to delete any attachments on their Deals. This appears to be unique to them and we cannot figure out why (they have the same permissions as others, they have logged off-back on, tried different browsers).
Does anyone have any insight into why this might happen and any solution?
I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that aims to solve the issue of bulk deleting attachments. Our app allows users to access a CRM card showing all the attachments associated with an object record and easily delete them in bulk.
