Delete one account

My account was created simultaneously with my colleague, which means that I have 2 identifiers and they got mixed up.

I want to delete the unused one that I renamed "autre" 

My colleague doesn't see it in her account and can't delete it as a superadmin. 

It's a free plan and I can't delete it myself in my account parameters
