Delete Import History

From what I understand it is currently not possible to delete items from import history or in any other way make the import files used not downloadable going forward.

 

Is there any way around this?

 

I want to be able to ensure that when a lead is removed from the CRM their contact information is no longer re-accessible even from my own login.

 

If not is there any plan to roll-out an option to either remove previous import history or disable storing of the import file on the CRM?

Delete Import History

HI @Nusales,

 

Import files are available for download for six months after the import takes place. After this time, you cannot download the original files associated with imports, making contacts who have been deleted no longer associated with any import in your account.

 

To avoid certain users seeing this information during the first six months, you can restrict user permissions for any users you do not want to view the import information.
