Delete Emails from Unknown Visitors in Conversations Inbox

How can I delete the emails of unknown contacts in the Conversaitons Inbox. Only manually it turns out, in Hubspot you can’t even filter by emails with an unknown name and even in inbox search I can't search for unknown contacts

Hi @Evgenii,

you can solve it like this:

1. Disconnect the existing email (e.g. inbox@xyz.com) from the Inbox.
2. Create a new email (e.g. inbox_new@xyz.com) and connect it to the Inbox.
3. Go to the existing email (inbox@xyz.com) and do the following:

Create filter in the email account (here gmail as an example) and filter for emails that don't have "lemwarmup".

Next click "Create filter", select "Forward it to" and select the new email e.g. inbox_new@xyz.com.

You can delete emails in your conversation inbox by clicking on the box icon above the conversations or selecting each email and then click on "Move to Trash". 

This action will move the emails from the Unknown Visitor from your view to the Trash.

Thanks but that's not my question
I can delete emails, the problem is different.
I have a huge number of emails from warming up, and above I was told how to delete such contacts. But how can I now remove emails from deleted accounts from "inbox" without selecting each one manually. The hubspot inbox does not have a filter to select all emails from unknown contacts and delete them. Are you suggesting that I manually select each email? about 300 of these come to me a day, soon there will be more

Hi @Evgenii,

There currently is no functionality to bulk delete messages in the conversations inbox that meet a specific criteria. To your point, you'd need to manually select and delete the conversations you no longer wish to see.
