Deals owned by specific user that can only be seen by them without restricting viewing rights

A setting where deals a User owns that can see everything, can only be seen by that specific User but not others, without restricting the viewing rights of those other users.

that isn't really what I meant. Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. What I meant was that without revoking viewing rights for anyone, deals owned by a certain User (that is also able to view everything) can only be seen by that specific User, whilst all other deals can be viewed and edited by everyone else.
Let's say for example that User A, who is Superadmin, wants deals he works on not to be visible to User B. But User B should still be allowed to work all other deals, excepts those owned by user A. 
I hope I was able to describe what I meant more clearly.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the question, but that is already possible in HubSpot via the CRM object access permissions in HubSpot.

If you set permissions for "user A" to "owned only" and leave other users permissions at "everything" or "team only" that should do exactly what you want.
