Hi Hubspot community, can anyone guide me on something I can't figure out?
When I create a business manually and add the contact, right there it allows me to sync the activity for a certain amount of time.
• But what if I don't, can it be done again? I can't find that option.
• And if it is done automatically via zapier or integromat, how can this synchronization be activated? Note: deals created via zapier or integromat are not syncing activity between contacts and deals.
When using Zapier to create HubSpot deals, I recommend adding what context you can to the deal description.

If you have context information in the trigger that you can use, I also recommend adding a second Zap for HubSpot "Engagement". Use engagement to add a note or task to the timeline of the Deal, Company and Contact for extra context.

For your first question this is not possible at this stage to sync past activities in bulk after creating the record. I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.
You can do it manually for some activities by following those steps.
