The "Close Date" field in my Sales Pipeline has gone blank!
I am freaking out as it's killing our reporting for end of Q2 and beyond.
I've gone through 50+ deals and updated the close date. I get the "Success" notification. Then when I go back to the Sales Pipeline view, it is still blank. Going back into the Deal record, it's back to showing blank.
- if you are not using another custom property called similarly
- if you don't have a workflow clearing this date out (go to any record, click on the history of this property and see the values it shows and it was modified)
- Check any standard setting setting this property
Hope this helps
Let me know how it goes

Check for any workflows or integrations that might be causing the close dates to be removed automatically. Review the property history of affected deals for clues.
Examine your deal stage settings, especially the "Qualified" stage. If it has a "Won" deal probability, this could trigger the removal of close dates when deals move to that stage. Assign a different probability instead.
Consider setting the close date as a required conditional stage property for the "Qualified" stage to prevent it from being left empty.
If the issue persists, reach out to HubSpot support for further investigation and guidance on additional settings changes to prevent close dates from disappearing.
Ensure your team is aligned on when to set close dates, how far out they should be set, and when deals should be marked as "Closed Won" or "Closed Lost".
