Deal to deal association

SOLVE

Hello,

I have two questions :

1. Sync properties values between two associated deals
I created an association between two deals, with the labels :
1. Master Transaction
2. POC (Proof of Concept)

Therefore, the POC is linked to the MT with the label "POC", and the other one is linked to the POC with the label "MT".

I tried to do a workflow that copieds the value from "MT" to some properties to "POC", but it doesn't seems like it's working. I tried different workarounds (Here is a screenshot of one of them, in French).

2. Create a unique view per type of deal
I do not have Hubspot Pro, but I wanted to created a unique view/layout for the "POC" deal type transaction. I tried to create a different pipeline, but still, the seems restricted. I can only assign one team per view, also. Is there a way to work around this, or I am limited by my subscription?

Thank you a lot! Best regards,

Hey @Chloepilonv -

1. Within your workflow, if you ensure you are updating the relevant record in the first step of the 'Edit record' action in the workflow:

and then in the second part of the action choose values from the relevant data source:

More info on this linked here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-workflows#add-actions:~:text=Add%20data%20variables%2...

2. It is possible to add conditional logic to CRM record cards, to determine if they show on certain records types. You'll be able to use this to change what shows on a POC deal vs an MT deal. Thank you a lot for this answer.

1. It looks like the workflow we tried, but we don't exactly have the same layout/options. I had a discussion with our internal Huspot technical reference and weren't able yet to proceed - He will look deeper into it and get back to us. I will however conserve your screenshots, thank you a lot.

2. That is the trick, yes! For info, I find out that this is possible only for the cards on the left, which is why we were struggling with finding this condition (we were looking at middle card). Thank you !
