This appears on my Deal Score card : Deal Score Current Score There is no score for this deal because it was previously marked as closed.
However, the Deal is not closed (on an early stage of our pipeline), and hasn't been closed in the past. The beginning and end date are also adequate to suggest that the Deal is still "open". Do you know how to solve this?
I would suggest checking Deal History, even if the deal currently shows as open, it might have been moved to a closed stage in the past and then reopened. If you’re certain the deal has never been in a closed stage (no sign of it in property history), then this might be a bug or sync issue in your portal. In that case contact support.

Hi @Chloepilonv HubSpot stops scoring once a deal enters Closed Won or Lost, and won’t resume even if you move it back to an open stage. That’s why “Deal is closed” appears. You have two options: clone (or recreate) the deal so HubSpot treats it as new and calculates a fresh score, or start a new deal record entirely. Continuous score updates only apply to deals that have never been in a closed stage.
