Deal owner based on Company Owner

We generate a lot of deal coming from our platform activity. We need to assign to these deals an owner based on the company owner. The thing is i can't create a workflow deal based because i can't choose a company property to copy to deal property. And my workflow company based can't reenroll deals...

How can i do that ?

I still have a lot of deals (new so updated recently) without owner...
