When I change my deal from one category to the next (Discovery Call to Proposal-for example), when the requested questions pop up, the "Save" button at the bottom will not work. I can click it but it will not save the answers. it works on my phone and iPad but not my MacBook Pro (on the most current OS version-always). I can't share. a video due to privacy reasons, but it's this "Save" button...
It does nothing. I can click it a million times and nothing happens. It's beyond frustrating. I also cannot drag and drop client through the flow because I cant save these answers ni the flow.
That's certainly odd behavior. I'm not seeing this happening on my MacBook Pro and I've tested a couple of different HubSpot portals.
Here are a couple ideas to try:
Zoom in or out and see if it will allow a click then. Sometimes other elements of a website page can be overlayed on top of a button even when you cannot see it. Even if you are already at 100%, trying this will at least help diagnose the issue.
Refresh the page and try entering the values again.
Clear your cache and try again.
Right-click the button (command click) and inspect element. Go to "Event Listeners". See what actions (if any) are happening when you click the button and are viewing the event listeners panel. While you don't need to understand everything that's happening, it does help to have knowledge of HTML/JS/Etc. for this activity.

Which browser are you using? Have you tried disabling all extensions and clearing cache and cookies? Have you tried another browser to rule out its an issue with the current one?
Best regards

I use Chrome and everyone else I know with my same settings doesn't have the issue. It's very strange. I don't Safari but it does seem that this works on Safari. In the meantime I will use Safari to make these updates. Its much easier than my phone while I am on my computer. Thanks!
