Deal Tiles

When I view the Deals in Pipeline i can see all the tiles displayed which is fine.  What I would like to see is the Company displayed.  I went to look at the Deal Card and tried to add who the company is.  It only allows me to show three.

Hi @JGray30,

Not directly, no. Deal views (either the board view or the index page) only include deal properties. The same is the case for company pages, for example, where you can't display contact properties.

That being said, as a workaround, it's possible to create deal properties that are called "Company name", "Company domain name" etc - and then use a company-based workflow to copy the values from the company fields into the deal fields. You would enroll companies in the workflow when "Company name", for example, is known (and enable re-enrollment for this filter), then use the "Copy property value" action. Let me know if you need more detailed instructions.

From a data management perspective, this is not ideal because it means keeping redundant fields which increase complexity and risk of errors.

Also keep in mind that you have limited space on the deal cards. HubSpot limits how many fields you can include so in any case, you won't be able to display all company information on the deal card.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
