Does anyone know a way to link tickets to deals?

We use tickets in numerous ways. One of which is the creation of proposals for active deals.

Agreed @jbueter , API requests are precious. We've already pulled 1 of our main apps from HubSpot to Firebase. I'm all about automation so we're still looking.

Hi @PamCotton,

your three ways of associating a ticket to a HubSpot Deals are definitely ways of how to do it but I feel like these ways aren't really automated.

Is there another way on how to achieve this? Because as I see it our tickets are automatically created based on a new conversation. The conversation (which the ticket is based on) is automatically associated with a deal. However, the new ticket isn't. Why is that? Is there a workaround so the tickets are also automatically associated with deals?

Likewise, I feel like I have tried every available option on our enterprise account to link an existing deal to a ticket via workflow and I am coming up empty.

Hello @rmoscarino,

Currently, there are a few options to associate ticket and deal.

1. Manually associate inside the deal record the ticket
   ticket association
2. Export tickets ( Collect the ticket ID) and reimport back to HubSpot following the steps here, , To associate records ( more information here)
3. Bulk associate records using this API.

Pam, can you elaborate on your second option? I have been trying to configure the workflow and it worked once, but I can't get it to replicate. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
