Agreed @jbueter , API requests are precious. We've already pulled 1 of our main apps from HubSpot to Firebase. I'm all about automation so we're still looking.
your three ways of associating a ticket to a HubSpot Deals are definitely ways of how to do it but I feel like these ways aren't really automated.
Is there another way on how to achieve this? Because as I see it our tickets are automatically created based on a new conversation. The conversation (which the ticket is based on) is automatically associated with a deal. However, the new ticket isn't. Why is that? Is there a workaround so the tickets are also automatically associated with deals?
Likewise, I feel like I have tried every available option on our enterprise account to link an existing deal to a ticket via workflow and I am coming up empty.
I would know if HubSpot has change and now there is another possibility to link ticket on the client portal to a deal besides these three ways that you showed before?
