Deal Properties in Hubspot

Howdy all, fairly new to HS. I have a question and do not know what tag to put it in. We have customized deal properties, one of which is native HS and the other is an import from Salesforce. Without getting in the actual code of the customization, is there a way to remove 2 deal "type" properties from forecast management? The native HS deal property says it cannot be edited or deleted because of its native-ness. the other only has 2 items attached to it, a workflow and a report, but it also wont let me use the property because the name is the same as the native property. i cant delete it either. I feel it has legacy data in it and is throwing off my reports. Any ideas?

Could you share in a bit more detail what the property names are and which report exactly you're looking at?

If you're on an Enterprise subscription, you have the ability to create custom reports. Most of the times, you can recreate the standard reports with your own properties, thus ignoring any properties that you feel have incorrect information.

They are both called Deal Type. One is native HS and the other was an import from salesforce. They have the same name, but when i try to edit the non native version, it gives me an error that says deal property name is already in use, and this one is in a report and workflow, so i cannot delete it without nixing the report and workflow. Now since i uploaded data into HS for goals and pricing, the reports that used to run quickly seem to break and give me the screen that i need to refresh because there is an error with the output. Makes me question the actual results from the data because we have a significant discrepancy between HS data and reports ran outside of HS. thanks
