Deal Forecast based on MRR

解決

Hey There,

Is there any option to base the Goals [setting and calculation] based on MRR [as a property of each deal] instead of on the Weighted Amount of the deal?

Our business solely runs on MRR and this is the parameter that I need to report on. Having the Goal fetching data from the deal weighted amount, provides distorted image.

thx

Ivan

Hello @IMinev thank you for posting in our Community!

You can create custom goals for users or teams based on hundreds of property and aggregation combinations. You can also track and filter these custom goals to measure goal progress based on your goal definitions.

Different subscription tiers have access to different goal measures:

  • Sales Hub Starter and Service Hub Professional provide access to only the Revenue goal measure.
  • Sales Hub Enterprise provides access to the Calls loggedDeals createdMeetings booked, and Revenue goal measures.
  • Service Hub Enterprise provides access to the Average ticket resolution timeAverage ticket response timeRevenue, and Ticket closed goal measures.

I want to share this knowledge base with more information about creating custom goals.

To our top experts @GCasali @Mike_Eastwood any recommendations to @IMinev matter?

Thank you,

Pam

Hey @IMinev

There is an MRR Report in HubSpot, but unfortunately it's only available to Sales Enterprise or Service Enterprise.

There are other messy workarounds, duplicating deals, but they are messy and best avoided.

Let me know if you want to see a demo HubSpot Portal - we could fake some deals to see if it's worthwhile upgrading.

Hi @IMinev here's how we solved for this 🙂 https://www.cronyxdigital.com/blog/creating-resource-forecasting-reports-in-hubspot

  • custom properties for the MRR or other forcasted metric
  • start date + end date
  • export via API to Google sheets to chart the data
  • pull that chart back into HS dashboard
