Deal Description Causing Lag and Delay

We are having an issue when entering a deal from the contact record.  The "Deal Description" field seems to be several seconds behind as you type and kicks up the spinning wheel of death until it seems to be able to digest all of the data entered.  Our sales team gets frustrated and skips using Deals.  Is this a common issue, server problem at HubSpot or....???  Any comments or suggestions for improvements woudl be super helpful.

Hey @joepod700,

This is a new one for me, does your account have a ton of records (150K+) or properties displayed?  This is the only instance I know of when HubSpot tends to slow down.

we only have about 36k records, so can't undersatnd why the issue.
