Hello, can you upgrade your date picker field so that you can quickly navigate to years and months and not have to scroll back forever to add, for example, a date of birth?
You can type into the field for a date picker just as though it is a single line text field. For example, if you wanted to set the date to July 4th, 1992 you can type 7/4/92 into the date picker field on the contact record and it will format it accordingly to the date picker (07/04/1992) and update where the calendar pulls up when you click into it. For this example the calendar would open to July 1992 when you click into edit the field.
Expanding the date picker functionality would be extremely helpful for a number of our HubSpot clients who capture DOB. It's not user friendly to click dozens of times to get to the correct month/year. Acceptable solutions could include a dropdown or formatted text fields to save time (and clicks!) .
Exactly. I think this has even got worse again recently as you can't even click on the year, so the only option is to manually go back a month at a time. Ridiculous user experience when asking for DOB or other dates long in the past.

This is not true. We use the date picker property to capture date of birth for giveaways and every year we get complaints that scrolling back in the years is a pain and deters people from entering. Upon testing, you CAN'T type in a date manually. On mobile, nor on desktop.
Hi, this field no longer allows typing. Last week I created a form and was able to type into it, but this week, on making adjustments to the form, found that the field does not accept typed input. I've tested in the latest OSX in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, and FFX.
