Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool not populating

Hi there,

I have integrated my meetings tool with my personal Google calendar. When I book a meeting with a contact directly through Gcal, it shows up in the contact's activity feed. However, "Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool" is not populating (it remains blank).

Does anyone know of a solution or workaround? I need the "Date of last meeting booked" property to work properly for a workflow that I am building.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I need the "Date of last meeting booked" field for a workflow, but even after I booked a meeting via a user's HubSpot calendar link, the field remains blank.

I would recommend checking the "Date of the Last Meeting Booked" property on the contact who booked a meeting. This will only populate when the meeting has been booked by a meeting link from the meeting tool.

If the contact booked a meeting via the meeting tool prior to turning on your worklfow, I would recommend  HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this. They have access to internal tools to examine your contact example and workflow.

The date of the last meeting book property only populates when the meeting has been booked by a meeting link from the meeting tool, it won't show if the meeting has been scheduled on the contact record or via Gmail. 

I would recommend having your contacts book through your meetings tool to be able to integrate this property with automation.
