How can we migrate the "A website" data in HubSpot in a business Unit? Let's say I have BU1 in HubSpot. I want another BU2 in HubSpot and migrate the data into it?

1. Will it be done manually or any other process is available to do the migration and alloating the BU?

2. Will creating a new BU2 have any effect on the current BU1 with data and process?

3. Any pre-requisite to follow to create and assign BU, and migrate the data into?

Hi @PBarik8 

so when you are opting for Business Units in HubSpot

when you purchase and activate the 2nd BU 

all of the current information in HubSpot becomes part of BU 1.

So then you can migrate data from BU 1 to BU 2.

1. How? You can do it Manually or with automations (defining the criterias)

2. No, everything that already existed in the CRM will still be BU 1, so you need to start building things for BU 2 (forms, subscription types and more)

3. No, just all the things you need to setup after the creation and re-allocation of assets.
