Dashboard Access Settings not working

SOLVE

Hi,

I modified the dashboard access for some of my dashboards to "Owner only" (which is me). However, people are still able to access the dashboards (and they are not admins). I made the changes a few days ago and its still not working.

Has anyone dealt with this? Am I missing something? Thank you.

Dashboard Access Settings not working

SOLVE

Hi @Vasiki,

This could be due to the two different permissions for reports and dashboards. In the permissions for a user, under Settings access, you should see

Reports & dashboards: toggle the Reports & dashboards switch on to let the user create any report or dashboard. This permission also gives access to all analytics tools and will override any settings in the Reports permission tab.

Try and turn this off while keeping the settings from the report permissions tab on.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via email or chat.
