Customize create contact/company form

How can I customize the create contact and company forms so that depending on what the user selected in a dropdown input it will show or hide the next set of inputs.

For example:

If I have a dropdown with the question

"Does the contact like candy?"

If "Yes" is selected show an input field with the question

"What kind of candy?"

If "No" is selected then hide the next input field

Is it possible?

Though this can't be done in HubSpot, you can easily set this up with a 3rd party software - QuestionPro. Here's an example - https://multi-level-form.questionpro.com

QuestionPro seamlessly integrates with HubSpot, so all the collected data can be automatically fed into the HubSpot CRM.

Hello @hubsp,

This feature is currently not available in HubSpot, however, field dependencies for creating contact records have been requested as a HubSpot Idea here. The post has received close to 300 upvotes and HubSpot is currently reviewing the suggestion (as of April). I'd recommend upvoting the idea and posting your use case!
