Customize company record view for a specific company type

Résolue

Hi,

My organization is a membership organization. We collaborate with organizations of many types, but for our members in particular we provide specific services and require specific tasks. I would like to customize the company record view for ONLY the companies that match the "member" company type.

As far as I can tell, it is only possible to according to customize the company record view according to the user who is viewing the record, not according to the record. Is that true? Even if I have to manually select individual records, it would still be helpful to customize the records for specific companies.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi @CLancelot,

This is possible when you create a custom card, see the third to last bullet point in this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-cards-on-records?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot...
