Customer domain change & email addresses

SOLVE

I have a customer that has rebranded and I want to change their contacts and companies to the new email address. How do I do this and not loose the history we have within their contact/company history?

SOLVE

Hi @Sdiddy407,

 

If you change that information on the respective records that already exist in the system, you will maintain the history. Alternatively, if the new ones have already been added to the system, you can merge the contacts and companies, keeping the history as well.
