Customer conversation

As I glance through my contacts with customers, it would be nice if the customer responses were color coded so that I can tell the difference immediately between what I have submitted versus what they have responded. I think color coding their submissions with yellor or red to differentiate between our blue conversations. Just a thought.

That's a great idea indeed! I would say, submit it to the Ideas section in the community. This way there will be a bigger chance of it happening!
