I'm doing some work for a charity client who has the funds for sales starter. I hadnt realised i couldnt create ANY custom reports without a professional tier. Not looking to do anythng too spicy, just things like:
- number of deals over time
- segment by types of deal
- deals in current stages
- won vs lost
The standard reports arent really doing it for me so curious what my options are. Are there any decent intergrations i could use for free? Or am i better off integrating with something like excel or google sheets?
Over time they might opt to upgrade for more reporting capability, but for now its as much as showing whats possible. It's a shame the starter tiers dont have a limit of 5/10 custom reports...
For simple, historical reporting in a spreadsheet format, I'd recommend BlinkMetrics (blinkmetrics.io). Your data will be automatically pulled from HubSpot at a regular frequency and stored in your own private data warehouse, so if you ever want to do more in-depth reporting at some point in the future, all the data is at your fingertips.
As mentioned in the KB Article, custom reports are only available with Professional and Enterprise Subscriptions. With the Starter plan, you will have access to a Report Library. You can find more information on this in the KB Article.
