Custom property that displays if my last touchpoint was a call or an email

SOLVE

Hi all,

 

Is it possible to create a custom property which displays exactly what type of contact I had last time with a person if it was a call or an email?

 

I'm already using the 'Last activity date' & 'Last contacted' but they only display the date and I would like to have something that shows if my last touchpoint with that person was either an email, a call, etc.

Hi @3reborn,

 

As far as I am aware, to see the data in this custom property, you'll have to update it manually. If you are working from the contact record, it's not impossible to keep that updated, but certainly not ideal either. 

 

If I can think of another way to visualize this, I'll let you know.

Hi @3reborn,

 

Can you clarify your subscription level of HubSpot? You could potentially use Worflows to automatically populate that custom property, but I don't believe that will be possible on Free or Starter unless you manually change the box everytime you communicate.
