We've already had a property that is no longer in use. But we still have values at that property. So, we ran a workflow to move the value to the new property. One of my team members archived the old unwanted property. The old property is with multi checkboxes and the new one is with dropdown. But the problem here is the new property is not there and the old property is left showing created by ex-member. Surprisingly, it is with dropdown :(( So, I want to track what changes were happening. Is there any way to see the historical record for my case?
Unfortunately the property edit history is not accessible to HubSpot users. However, HubSpot support can typically help you troubleshoot and investigate. If you log a ticket with them, they should be able to get to the bottom of this - in the past, they've always been able to when I had similar requests.
