Custom Association Property

I have created a custom association to associate Contact and Company apart from using the default primary association defined by Hubspot. However, I have some concerns about that. 
Hubspot will automatically associate Contact and Company using email domain. And the internal id of the associated company will be stored in associatedcompanyid. Then which property holds my custom associated company id? I just can't find it.
