I'm trying to find a solution to the limitations to cross object reporting.
User Story: As a sales company I would like to see all owned companies that have not been contacted "this month".
- My current solution is to create a workflow to flip a property that I can key off of based on the time stamp of "last logged call is less than 30 days ago. Since Last Logged Call is associated to the company and the call is associated to an activity, all active date filters (I.E. this month, this week) are lost.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Johnathan
We've just started implementing it in our own business (we're a HubSpot Agency based in New Zealand).
We're looking at Account Based Marketing (ABM) for outbound sales & marketing.
I'm picking it will work for you right out of the box.
There are different views and reports for dashboards.
The thing I like is the high level view accross the "target account".
Have a play!

Have you played with the Account Based Marketing tool?
You can set up "target accounts" and report on them easily.
It's ideal for what you want, and more.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to chat.
Have fun
Mike
p.s. thanks for the mention @JessicaH

@Mike_Eastwood I haven't. I'm quite honestly not that familiar with it. Are you sharing that I can achieve the reporting outcome by simply marketing the customer a "target customer" ?

is it possible to have target contact instead of target account?
I'm looking for a report to show contacts that never have a logged call.
Thanks

Hi @MasterElecTampa,
Thanks for reaching out.
I want to tag in some thought leaders to see if they can assist with this.
Hi @Mike_Eastwood @Dan1 @AM8, would you be able to share your thoughts?
Thanks,
Jess
