Creating report that lists email opens

Is there a report that will list email opens?  Or can we only see the number of opens within each individual email for each contact? I'd like to be able to create a list of contacts that frequently open emails.

If you add the column 'marketing emails opened' to a list of contacts, it gives you a break down of how many marketing emails have been opened by the individual contacts 😊

Hey Abpe, 

you can run a custom report.

The property you're looking for is called "Marketing Emails Opened."

Add that to your report, and then you can sort by that column to list by the number of opens per contact.

This goes only for Marketing emails. Sales (and other sent emails) are not accounted for and will not show up.

@craiggrella Where do you put in this filter? when I select create custom report I dont see where or what i need to click on. I'm looking to get email opens on specific lists

Hi there!

You can definitely find your overall open rate analytics in the "Analyze" tab of the Email tool, which you can filter by date range/type/campaign, so you don't have to drill down into individual email open rates. 

If you want to see which contacts open your emails, you could also create an Active list of contacts where Marketing emails opened is > 3 (or whatever threshold works for your cadence).

Yes, I'm interested in which contacts are opening emails more frequently, specifically. How would I go about finding this?

Hi There - My team sends emails via gmail and logs and tracks them with the chrome extension. Is there a way I can get a list of these emails and which ones have opens and/or clicks?
