Creating automated taks

Is there a way to create workflow for creating automated tasks, the criteria is that the contact has not been reached in a certain amount of time, for example 5 days. If that customer has not been reached out to on the 6th day, an automatic task is created to remind the sales person to reach out to that contact.

Hi @ESalgado,

 

If you are on a Pro or Enterprise level of HubSpot you can accomplish this exact thing using a workflow.

 

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-workflows

 

I would use a contact based workflow and have the enrollment based on last activity (or whatever property you want to use).

 Your action would be the task creation.

Yes, this is possible and could look like this:

Last contacted: the last date and time a chat conversation, call, sales email, meeting, or message was logged for the contact. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on the latest date of activities in the record.

 

If you want this workflow to run more than once, make sure to set up re-enrollment as shown in the screenshot.
