Creating a Yes No checkbox or dropdown inside workflows

Hello,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask this question. I'm trying to make a workflow and I need a way for some of my employees to be able to select yes or no from a dropdown menu or checkbox. 

Is this possible to do inside of workflows?

Currently we have it so a task is created automatically for each employee and then they check it complete but I would like to insert a yes or no checkbox or dropdown inside of the task that is created.

For now, hubspot does not have the yes/no dropdown or checkboxes in workflows or even tasks. The option that is very similar to what you are looking for in workflows is the "If/Else" action, and you can give it a try to see if it will work.

From the "If/Else" action, select "activity property" and go to tasks.

Here, you are going to see a list of the available options you can choose from to determine what happens to the tasks you create for your team.

Hi @MBeers,

It's not possible to embed a checkbox inside of a task, unfortunately. (Workflows aren't the right tool, either.)

However, you could make this checkbox very easily accessible by placing it in the left record sidebar.
