Creating a Leads List

Hello, my name is Marcos and I'm from Brazil. 😉
I'm trying to import a leads list but I'm not able to do it.
I've tried importing it in Excel format in Google Sheets as well. But it always gives an error. Can someone please help me?

Hi @MCosta2 

Errors are common when runing imports and they can be investigated.

Go to your Import Screen and Download the error file.

In the error file you will find a reason for the error for each error.

It could be as simple as a duplicate email address, malformed email address, or other error – the error file will show you.

Here's some more information about the error files.

It may take some time but it's worth the effort.
