Creating a Contact in Tickets - Make it Easier?

My team has difficulty creating a new contact when they are on the phone with a customer, and the customer does not exist in HubSpot already. 

We are looking for an easier way to do this from the 'Create a ticket' window.

@EllyseLazarock  Since they are creating a ticket, is the company already in your HubSpot and your simply looking to have it add the contact to the company?

No - this would be a new company, new contact entirely.
