Created List Not Found

SOLVE

Hello all, 

I created a list by going to Contacts/Lists/Create List,  then selected  Contacts/Companies, checked companies to add to it, then chose Add To Static List, but the list I just created does not appear. Can anyone tell me why that would happen? I am using the free version of the CRM.

Would you mind trying to clear your cache following those steps, as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window? 

 

I'm also thinking - if you created a contact list and not a companies list, then you wouldn't see it if you try to add companies in there

Thank you Tiphaine, it was my error - I'd created a contact list. 😕

Here is a screen shot, showing one list that I created. There should be another called MRO Dallas April '22.
