Create / update contact record when a lead emails a shared inbox?

Hey,
Our company have a number of share inbox's (eg Sales@, enquiries@) where people can get in touch.
Is it possible to set up an automation so that anyone who sends an email to these inboxs is added to HubSpot as a contact (or their existing contact infomation is updated & the record is flagged)?

Hey @WNAmiqus the conversations inbox should automatically create a contact record when a submission happens or give you the option to create a contact, as outlined in this guide.
When you say "flagged" however, are there specific criteria you would like to denote on the contact when a conversations message is sent? If so, this would be done through workflows.

Hi Tom! I get inquiries into our listings from dedicated listing sites. These inquiries come in email form to a shared inbox, and then we reply with the requested information. I know the contacts are created from the inbox, but I would like to take these emails and create a workflow that I could associate with other objects for tracking. The other objects would be capaigns assoicated with the deal as well as creating leads based on the persona of the inquiry.
