Create time since last called property

SOLVE

Hi all,

 

I’m trying to create a filter or property that shows how long it’s been since a contact was last called — but only for call activities.

Right now, HubSpot’s “Last activity date” and “Last engagement date” include all types of interactions (emails, meetings, notes, etc.), which makes it hard to isolate calls.


Goal:
Create a property or list filter that shows: “Days since last call” or “Last call date” so we can segment contacts who haven’t been called in N days.

Hi @LBarrowcliffe,

 

This would require the following steps:

  1. Create custom date property "Last call date"
  2. Create call-based workflow like shown below:

  3. Once turned on, it would start populating the date for new calls
