Create team in free account is blocked

Hello

We have a free account and when trying to create a team the option is blocked

why is this? I hade the idea that you could have at least 1 team on a free account

Hi @achcmdev,

The ability to create teams is only possible in portals with a Professional or Enterprise subscription, which is why you don't see this option in your Free portal.

I am able to create only one team in another free account but not on the initial free account

I think they have made some changes to the UI. You can still create a team, but you'll have to do that while creating a user. 

Select the "team" dropdown while creating a new user and select "Create Team"

I did try creating multiple teams from there but only one team actually gets registered.
