Create an email after a deal is signed

Hi! I would like to send out an autmated email when a deal is signed by a customer.

I have checked out the enrollment triggers under "workflows", but can´t find any relevant triggers.

Anyone that have done this before that are able to guide me?

Hi @Tormod 

Ideally you would use a deal-based workflow that triggers when the deal stage is equal to won. 

If you do not have access to deal-based workflows, you can still use a contact workflow triggered by the associated deal stage, however, it will only work for the first deal that is closed won unless you build some extra logic around it.

Thanks! That should work for me, even if it would be even more personalized if we were able to send an email saying "thanks for signing +++++".
