We utilize hubspot forms on our website, and I am trying to ensure that a form submission does not go un-replied to.
The form submissions are sent to a set group of our Hubspot users, and they receive the email notifiactions showing the form information.
The goal would be to have a workflow action a reminder to that group of users if that form is not replied to by at least one of the HS users after a certain amount of time. This is to ensure proper follow-up is made.

This can be solved with a workflow the one shown below:
Adjust the form name, the time and the recipients of the notification and you're good to go 🙂

Hi @WHawkins3,
As long as the email is documented in HubSpot (via HubSpot Sales extension for Outlook, BCC address, manually), it will populate the Last contacted date and the workflow will work as expected.

If the user is emailing a reply to the form submission, can they do it from outside HubSpot via Outlook if they have the Sales Plugin for Outlook installed? Or does it have to be from in HS?
