Create Bulk Notes

Hi

Is there anyway to create bulk notes? E.g 50 contacts that need the same message?

really would love the ability to add 'notes' in bulk as well.

A lot of time we would want to add an important note to let's say 250 people at once.

Like when we transfer contact-owners... That we create a note, just before we change contact owner and write: person xxx was contact owner from xx/xx/xx till xx/xx/xx. >> That's valuable information for upcoming sales reps who go and work with this contact record.

This is not possible at this stage within HubSpot, I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.

Are your notes in Google Contacts or another tool? If so, you can sync these notes between HubSpot and Google....here is a screenshot to show you what the default fields look like including NOTES.

Short A: No. Not using the built-in HubSpot Notes section in the Contact Timeline.

Longer A:

- You could create a custom contact property and assign the same 'message' to 50 targeted contacts, but I wouldn't recommend calling it 'notes'. (confusing)

- You may be able to use a 3rd-party cloud integration tool like Zapier to achieve something similar. (untested)
