I want to be in possession of all contacts and have a couple of Members (Community Managers) as Team Members integrated into my Hubspot account.
I want them to add the acquired contacts and conversations with clients into my Hubspot account, and once they leave the company I just take away their access to my Hubspot, own all the contacts and conversations and can assess these contacts to a new Community Manager.
Which add-on do I need to purchase from Hubspot or is this feature free? What would be the cost per team Member?
Everything you described can be acheived with the Free version of the CRM - you can add and remove users from the portal and retain accesss to all the data yourself.
