Copy value property

I'm reaching out to you with a question regarding workflows. I'd like to copy a value from a property in transactions to a property in the ticket object. I've attempted to do this using a workflow, but I haven't succeeded. Could you help me with this? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @SBouali,

To do this, you would have to create a deal-based workflow and set it up like shown below (only with your properties). If that's not working, can you specify what exactly isn't working?
