Copy line item and value information

SOLVE

good morning!

I would like to ask for help in copying the information from one deal to another.

In order to work on the lost deals, we are copying all of them to another pipeline, this way we do not lose previous information and make it available to other teams in the company. However in the process of cloning information we are not managing to find the automation configuration that allows the value and line item from one deal to be copied to this cloned deal in the other pipeline.

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

Hey @LidiaPedreira not sure if I understand the flow because looking to what you want I think the best thing to do should be to simply pass thouse deals to the "closed lost" pipeline. Having cloned deals will result in duplicated data and ofc problems with reporting from diferent sources.

Anyway regarding a solution to copy line items, right now Hubspot doesn't have a native option for that (everyone is asking for actions on line items @kvlschaefer!) You can always make it between Hubspot <> Google Sheet <> Zapier but it always need a double check.

Hello,

It’s been a while since that question, and I believe you may have already found a solution. Still, if someone else faces a similar challenge, I’d like to step in.

What if, instead of manually copying all the information inside deals (line items and valuable details), I offer you/HubSpotters an app that can clone the entire original deal along with all related information? This app allows you to:

  • Pick the pipeline and stage,
  • Select what to keep or skip,
  • Use templates,
  • Integrate seamlessly with HubSpot workflows,
  • And much more.

Give it a try! The app is called CloneNer - Clone & Duplicate, a certified HubSpot app that seems to be the #1 solution in the market.

P.S. we also do work on something very simple that allows to Copy Line Items Between a Deals.

Warm regards,

John

This is a huge gap in the product for us.  We are trying to manage renewals but you can't clone the entire deal with line items and revenue into another pipeline so have to manually update once the new deal has been created in the new pipeline.
