Copy contact property from automated property to custom property if conditions are met

I created a date field for the most recent date I communicated with a contact (let's call it "Last LeadGen Date"). I would like to copy entries from the "Last Activity Date" property to my "Last LeadGen Date" property based on the following parameters:

• "Last LeadGen Date" is empty, OR
• "Last LeadGen Date" is before "Last Activity Date"

I am NOT having a problem setting up the workflow parameters.  I AM having trouble getting HubSpot to copy from one property to another.  The latest updates they made seem to have removed this very useful function.  Please help!

Yeah, this is incredibly frustrating. Might be a move to get us to upgrade to operations hub or something. Also the new property sync field isn't great, as there isn't enough flexibility around under what conditions the property is synced.

Hi @EVQLV,

It's all still there, but less intuitive, I agree. You start by adding the 'Edit property' workflow action. In my example, I'm copying into 'Date property'.

Once you select a property from the list, it'll look like this:

This would now copy from 'Became a Customer Date' into 'Date property'. Unintuitive, but all still there.
