Copy a deal property from one deal to another deal

Hi there - what happens if you create a loop? I have an instance where I want a property copied to some deals with the same field. What problem do the loops create?

Are you concerned about the workflow constantly overwriting a property? 

Would you be able to share a screenshot of your current workflow, please?  

A screenshot of the workflow's current configuration could help us identify if there's a loop or potential for there to be one.
