Copy a Company Territory ID (custom field) to a Deal Territory ID (custom field) at all times

I am trying to make a workflow that will assign the same territory ID to a deal (custom field) as the territory ID for the company (also a custom field) it is associated to.  I am still linking deals to companies in our CRM because they were imported from past years and had to be linked.  I would like these old deals and all new deals to adopt the same territory ID of the company they are being linked to.  

Much like a contact owner will always default to the company owner

Could you try using the "Copy property value" action following the steps in the screenshots below?

That is the feature I am using but getting the companies to enroll so that deals will change has been the problem.
