Copy Dropdown Options from One Object to another

Is there a third-party app or a way (with zapier) to automate dropdown options from one object to another.

Let me give you an example.

Lets say i have Car Brands dropdown in Company Object and the same dropdown is available under deal object. And now if i had to add new brands in car brands dropdown i need to always remember and manually make the update on deal object car brands dropdown.

Any tips, tricks or apps/automation which allows to update this automatically?

Yeah, this is a big pain point: 

• This could be achieved via HubSpot Properties APIs with an external platform
• You can set-up an iPaas/webapp/web service to:
  • GET the values of desired properties from one object
  • and then PATCH(update) the values of another object.

Personally doing this would be too much of programmatic work, I would rather keep a data dictionary and just remember to update the changes made.
